Author Comment: Intradiscal oxygen-ozone … met the non-inferiority criteria to microdiscectomy on 6-month mean leg pain improvement. Both groups achieved rapid significant clinical improvements that persisted. 71% undergoing intradiscal oxygen-ozone were able to avoid surgery.
